I would use it to make all sorts of concoctions! I'd even try veggies in there (with fruit, of course -- need it sweet!). I'm thinking that apples, with cinnamon and spices so you'd end up with an apple pie (and when peaches are in season, peach pie!).

I love eating pieces of banana, mango, and berries straight out of the freezer for a treat! I would use this appliance all of the time! I would LOVE to have a Yonanas! I'm asking for one for Christmas, but a free one would be AWESOME! I'd make any flavor combination you could imagine - strawberry/kiwi, mango/pineapple, banana/orange. This would be an awesome tool to use in my kindergarten classroom! In our writer's workshop, we write "how-to" books. It would be fun to see the concoctions that my kinders could create. They could then write how-to books. After tasting the different combinations, we could vote on our favorite using a classroom graph. What a wonderfully tasty math activity that would be! Finally, this would be a wonderful lesson in health and nutrition. :)
