I am getting married in December and in speaking with a colleague, this is an excellent way to detox and improve lifestyle. I take advantage of "porch gardening" growing my own organic tomatoes and lettuce. This fall I will be venturing in to growing spinach and carrots! A local organic farm around the corner at work supplies me with all the seasonal produce. This book would bring everything together!
