{giveaway} White House Cookbook

While traveling in DC a few weeks ago, I picked up some cookbooks as souvenirs to give away. I found the White House Cookbook, Revised and Updated Centennial Edition to be right up your alley as it contains original recipes from the 1890's along with new, modern low-fat versions of each recipe complete with nutritional info.

Some interesting recipes include Southern-Fried Green Tomatoes with Crunchy Corn Salsa, Johnny Appleseed's Pork Medallions, Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes and Blueberry Teacakes, just to name a few!

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

For a chance to win, simply leave a comment here with an email address or twitter handle. One lucky winner will receive this book, the winner will be chosen by random.org. Giveaway ends Sunday evening, October 16th, good luck!

Congratulations, the winner of this cookbook is sullivan.kai! Comments now closed.
