These tortillas make AWESOME pizza crusts. Just warm them up in an oven at 350 for about three or four minutes, letting them get pre-crispy. Then spread traditional no-salt added tomato sauce or get creative and usee reduced-fat BBQ sauce. Next add turkey pepperonni, or diced chicken breast and red onion, or whatever your favorite pizza toppings are. Bake in the oven for about 9-12 minutes. Cut into four wedges and enjoy!

Another suggestion! I like to take a cheeseburger and convert it into this wrap. Using meatless soy crumbles (Morningstar Farms or BOCA), I add shredded lettuce, mustard, diced onions and a sprinkle of fat free shredded cheese and wrap it up. Just like a cheeseburger with a low calorie wrap to save on bun calories.
