Oh, I SO love cheese and we don't have good low fat cheese in Canada. At least not in my area.
I'd make a wonderful macaroni and cheese with a mixture of the cheeses and a bit of prosciutto.

I can't even think of what I would make - too many possibilities...but I will tell you that I would take a portion of each loaf of cheese and savor it's awesomeness one bite at a time...and maybe with a cracker or two. I love cheese...even the stinkiest of bleu cheeses I love. GREAT giveaway!!

Panini! Cabot pepper jack cheese, smoked pepper turkey, with pesto on whole wheat, chewy sour doughbread! Grill to perfection .. lot of toasty browned ridges -- with Cabot pepper jack melting out of the sides and little holes in the bread! OMG!!

If I won this awesome cheese giveaway - I will most likely make my "famous" black bean dip. Along with, lemon juice, cumin, garlic and onion you blend in sharp cheddar and heat the mixture stove-top. Add salt to taste! Yum!

Oh my goodness; what wouldn't I make?! I'd probably start with my Loaded Baked Potato Pizza, it's delicious and light (if you don't eat the whole pizza!) Plus, I bet just a juicy apple and a slice of cheddar would be heaven! Fingers crossed!

I love their reduced fat cheese! It tastes so good and your right it melts great. I would make breakfast casseroles, mac & cheese. Then I'll probably just eat it straight with reduced fat crackers and lots of fruit - because on WW fruit is free. Love me some cheese! :)

So many possibilities to be made with GREAT cheese but for sure I'd make Butternut Squash Mac N Cheese, Broccoli & Cheese Soup, I'd slice the cheddar & serve on crackers with a dollop of fig preserves, and I'd used the pepper jack in my Tamale Pie.

The City Market in Burlington, Vermont used to sell a sandwich filled with ham, sharp cheese, sliced apples, and spicy honey mustard. I would make some of those with the cheddar. The pepper jack would be just for eating straight up. I am sure some macaroni would be on the menu too. I love Cabot cheese!

Has to be Mexican. A baked Chilli Relleno that's stuffed with shredded chicken breast and pepper jack cheese. Then covered with a tomato sauce of tomatoe and fat free half and half!

Hmmm, since I am a major cheese lover, the possibilites are endless. I recently discovered your fabulous website and have fallen in love with your recipes. Everything I have made I have loved. So I would be using the Cabot for:

I would slice some up and plate it with some fruit and make a nice fruit and cheese plate and pour myself a nice glass of red wine!!

Oh so many ways I would use it, shredded on top of a bowl of turkey chili, enchiladas, cubed into some scrambled eggs with spinach, and of coursed sliced with some water crackers and fresh fruit.

I would more than likely just eat it with some fruit and fresh bread. Well...there is a lot in that gift box,so I'd make some home made enchiladas!
