mmm the Fusion Chicken Stir Fry looks amazing! I have attempted my own version a few times and haven't been too successful due to my not-too-great cooking skills...haha but at least I attempt! Perhaps these strips would help me be more successful in my attempts at delicious chicken stir fry! janeyosborne@gmail.com

I think I would have to give the Chicken and Strawberry Spinach Salad a shot! It reminds me of a salad I get at Smokey Bones and these strips would be the perfect addition for that type of light salad! Yum!

I'd make my own peanut stir fry recipe. As it is, I cook a few cups of rice, and set it aside. Scramble some eggs, then add the rice and some soy sauce to it. If I have to cook the meat added (if I add meat), I would have done that earlier, so that would be added now, along with some vegetables, a handful of crushed peanuts, and a few tablespoons of peanut butter. Mix them all up together, let them simmer a bit. The peanut butter will melt and make a wonderful sauce. :)

Since I'm usually cooking for 1, I am constantly buying frozen chicken to keep around and when I found purdue short cuts I was very relieved because of how much time they take out when getting a quick meal together!
I didn't find this recipe on the website, but tonight I used the chicken to make a Cheesy chicken, avacado, and turkey bacon quesodilla on a whole wheat tortilla! Soooo yummy and made me love my short cuts even more! :)
