Q - I just started Points Plus and I am ALWAYS hungry. I feel like I'm doing it wrong. My daily points are enough for 3 meals, no snacks. So do I use the weekly points for the extras like snacks, etc? I think I'm confused on how to use my weekly points. I am just so scared of going over my daily points. Can you please help me make some sense out of this?
A - If you make the right choices though out your day, you shouldn't be hungry. Choose power foods, to keep you feeling full longer, earn activity points by exercising which allows you to eat more, and use your bonus points whenever you want, they are yours to use. One of the things I like about Points Plus is the 0 point fruit, I am wondering if you are taking advantage of that? If anyone can offer more advice, please comment!
