{giveaway} Summer of Gourmet Entertaining with Chavrie Goat Cheese

I love goat cheese, especially in salads. So this giveaway was fun for me as I got to experiment with a new recipe using their creamy goat cheese. Of course, I made a salad, but looking at all the recipes on their site, I am going to play around and try some of their recipes. They all looks so good!

Chavrie is giving away a wonderful Summer of Entertaining package to one lucky winner with an estimated value of $100. The package includes:

·     Vintage Wood Chip & Dip from Pottery Barn (valued at $50)

·     Chavrie’s “For the Love of Goat Cheese “ Cookbook
·     Chavrie recipes

To enter simply visit their Chavrie's website and choose a recipe on their site that looks enticing to you. They have tons of great recipes using their delicious cheese. Then come back here and leave a comment with your favorite recipe. The winner will be chosen by random.org. Giveaway ends Sunday, July 11. Please make sure you can be contacted by email or you will not be chosen. One entry per person.

Hi Gina,
I have actually been on their website before. I have made the Roasted Red Pepper Chavrie dip a number of times. It is so easy and only 2 ingredients! Their recipe says to use tortilla chips to dip but I like to slice french bread 1/4 inch thick and toast it w/ a little drizzle of olive oil.I then rub a garlic clove on it. Everyone who eats it wants the dip recipe. They are shocked to find out that it's only a drained jar of roasted red peppers blended w/ the goat cheese.so yummy.
