Layla shared a healthy energy bar recipe she said her kids love! She says it tastes like candy but it's good for you!! Here's the recipe!!!
1/2 C chunky peanut butter
1/2 banana, mashed
1 C granola (I use a TJs high fiber granola that comes in the red box--it also has berries in it)
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. lay out wax paper, divide the mix and roll into two granola bar shape logs (they will be about 1 foot each). wrap up each log in the paper, and then in foil.
Freeze for minimum of 90 mins. Keep it in the freezer or fridge enjoy!
1/4 of each log is 2 points.
